The Ramakrishna Blind Boys’ Academy is a fully residential unit of our Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur. Now we have 196 no. of students and trainees, residing in 5 (five) hostel buildings which consist of 1 (one) prayer hall, 1 (one) kitchen, 2 (two) big dining halls and several study halls. Apart from this, the hostel campus includes playgrounds, swimming pool, park, flower & kitchen garden. The Warden, Assistant Warden and several associate staff members look after the hostel activities and the upkeep of the hostellers, under the guidance of the Monk-in-Charge of the Academy.
